Nestled in the rolling Umbrian hills, directly facing the ancient city walls of Perugia, our B&B is a traditional rural stone farmhouse built with classic bricks and terracotta tiles. Here, a warm family welcome meets deep environmental respect: we are proudly certified for eco-sustainability by Legambiente, powered entirely by our photovoltaic system, solar thermal energy, and high-efficiency heat pumps for maximum comfort and low impact.

Guests stay in an independent second-floor apartment filled with tradition: exposed wooden beams, antique furniture from our grandmothers, and vintage farming tools that frame the house. Outside, a large porch with a hammock invites you to unwind to the peaceful sounds of nature – from the hoopoe to the owl – while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy scenic bike rides or stroll through the surrounding woods.
